Please book your castle as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. You are welcome to enquire and place a castle on hold for a short period of time if you need to discuss with someone else prior to confirming the booking. If we haven’t received a confirmation, we will call you if we haven’t heard back from you and other parties are interested in the castle.

We have a standard hire charge for delivery within 20km radius from Paralowie. Additional charges begin to apply thereafter but please contact us for a quote. Prices may vary depending on your intended use i.e. home/business or location.
Any jumping castle not set up in a private residence will incur additional charges as we must supervise or provide a supervisor for your event. Additional charges may apply if a power source (generator) is required or the surface can’t be pegged into.
All bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery, a small charge may need to be charged for out of area deliveries, (please contact us for delivery rates).
You will also receive a blower, extension lead, circuit breaker, tarp and safety mat, the price also includes set up, inflation and collection.

The above measurements are the minimum distance we require as we will not be able to get the castle through any gates less than this allowance. Also, we are unable to get the Midi or Maxi castles down/up any steps or stairs in any location without prior consultation.
Our castles are available 7 days a week all year round. Surcharges apply to Christmas Day.
We have a standard 4 hour hire time. Additional hours can be requested if required to accommodate various situations and extra charges may apply. We can set up your castle anytime between 8.00am and 6.00pm. No castles are hired out later than 10.00pm.
No deposit is required.
Most people choose to pay cash or cheque on delivery. Alternatively, we can accept credit card payments the day prior to the event.
You can cancel at anytime, all we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible. If no notice is given you may incur a cancellation fee.
Our castles do have rain covers and can be used on days where light showers are forecast. The castle should remain inflated at all times and the children asked to exit the castle whilst it is raining. Once the rain has passed, towel dry the surface and safety mats. If the forecast is expected to rain for the majority of the day, for safety reasons, we would discourage the use of any castle unless the castle is indoors or under a pergola/verandah with a suitable height clearance.
Our castles do have rain/shade covers and can be used on days where the temperature is expected to be 36 C. Any surface area exposed to the direct sunlight will be hot and children can jump with socks for added protection. On extremely hot days (over 38c) we may suggest to shorten the hire time. Children should have a break and keep hydrated as much as possible. You may also be able to set up a suitable shade structure close to the castle as long as no damage or children’s safety is compromised in doing so.
If it is a very slight slope it may be ok, you will need to discuss this prior to the booking as conditions vary depending on the size of the castle hired and slope.
The bouncy castles take approx 30 - 45 minutes to set up and 30 - 45 minutes to pack up. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which castle you hire, access to the location and ground conditions.
You will need to allow a minimum of 1.2m at the front and rear of castle and .5m either side this is to allow access and the blower at rear. Please make sure all garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, outdoor furniture, rubbish etc. are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited prior to our arrival.
We supply all the equipment you will need for the castle, you will need to provide a 240 volts mains power supply.
Yes we provide detailed safety instructions with every hire in the hire contract and also verbal instructions on the day.

Yes. Please contact us for a quote for your location. Any location exceeding 400kms will normally incur an accommodation charge or may incur a surcharge if your job will take over 10 hours (allows for driving time to your location, your set up/hire/pack up time and driving back to our business location.)
Yes, the Scooby Doo and Disney Princess castles are our combo castles and have a slide, climb, bounce area and basketball hoop. The Disney Princess also has additional pop up obstacles.
